What you are agreeing to

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that Internal Benefit Advisors may send you text messages about your appointment — confirmations, reminders, changes, and answers to questions you have asked us.

Consent is not a condition of any service. You can book a review, ask a question and work with us without ever agreeing to a text message.

How often

Message frequency varies with what you have asked us for. In practice, appointment-related messages mean a handful of texts around the time of a review, not a regular stream.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and carrier. We do not charge you anything for the messages themselves.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one message confirming it, then nothing further.

Reply HELP for help, or call us on 800-484-5993. Stopping texts does not stop us from reaching you by phone or email about an appointment you have booked.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so please do not rely on a text alone for anything time-critical.

Privacy

Mobile information collected for text messaging is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the rest of your information.
