About Internal Benefit Advisors

Most benefit advisors see a federal employee once or twice a year. The FERS supplement, the CSRS offset, the way a survivor election interacts with FEGLI at 65 — these come up rarely enough that a generalist has no reason to have the answers ready.

We built Internal Benefit Advisors the other way round. Federal benefits are not one of the things we do. It’s all that we do.

How we got here

With a team of licensed professionals with over 20 years of experience in the Federal Government Benefit industry, Internal Benefit Advisors take pride in assisting Federal Employees nationwide with sound education on all things TSP, FEGLI and Retirement. Internal Benefit Advisor Counselors are all fiduciaries and motivated to help the clients make the best decision for their situation.
